Over this 5 day course we will:
The course runs Monday to Friday.
You will receive your first email on the Sunday night with instructions for the week.
Each morning you will receive an empowering email with a MP3 for you to listen to.
Each evening we will meet for an hour on Zoom'.
You do not need to speak in front of others if you are not feeling able to.
But we ask that you comment via the chat box in order to fully benefit from the experience
I have created a safe, encouraging and non judgemental space for you to grow.
Once you join you'll have lifetime access to all upcoming courses and will be invited to join a safe and private facebook group.
